Ingredients:
A cluster of White fungus
1 carrot
Condiments: Sugar, chicken powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar and chili oil
Cooking steps:
1. Soak White fungus in warm water ahead of time, then tear into small pieces with hands. Peel the carrot and roughly slice it up.
2. In a container, blend with the two ingredients, sprinkle with 1-2 spoonful of soy sauce, vinegar and sprinkle with a dash of chicken powder, sugar and mix well. And additionally drizzle it with a spoonful of chili oil if you like spicy flavor.
3. Before serving, garnish with a handful of parsley.
