Ingredients:
A pack of Agrocybe cylindracea
A stick of celery
A red pepper
Condiments: Salt, black pepper powder, light soy sauce, chicken powder, sugar and cooking wine
Directions:
1. Get rid of fibre of celery, rinse and cut celery into slices.
2. Go seed of the red pepper, rinse and coarsely slice it up.
3. Remove the root of Agrocybe cylindracea, rinse off and squeeze excess moisture.
4. Heat the oil in a wok over medium and high heat, then add Agrocybe cylindracea and stir till fragrant and soft, blend with celery slices, red pepper slices and toss about for another 3-5 minutes. Lightly season with a dash of salt, sugar and chicken powder, sprinkle with a spoonful of light soy sauce, cooking wine and mix evenly. Finally combine with a pinch of black pepper powder if you like. Serve.
