Braised Straw mushrooms with tomato chunks

Ingredients:
2 tomatoes
250g Straw mushrooms
Moderate chopped shallot and garlic slices
Condiments: Oil, salt, light soy sauce, starch, sugar
Directions:
1. Peel the tomatoes and coarsely cut into chunks.
2. Rinse Straw mushrooms, cut in halves and then pickle with a pinch of salt.
3. Heat a drizzle of oil in a hot wok, drop in garlic slices and toss about till fragrant. 
4. Blend with tomato chunks, Straw mushrooms and allow them to cook on fierce flame for 3-4 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with half bowl of water and stir till evaporated.
6. Lightly season with a pinch of salt and sugar. Finally scatter with a handful of chopped shallot. Serve.
