Not-too-heavy diet: Stir-fried Drumstick mushroom with tomato and cucumber slices

Ingredients:
2 Drumstick mushrooms
1 tomato and cucumber
Moderate chopped onions
Condiments: Salt and chicken powder
Steps:
1. Rinse tomato off and coarsely dice it up.
2. Peel the cucumber and cut it into slices.
3. Dispose your Drumstick mushrooms, you can easily break apart each drumstick mushroom with your hands, by using your hands instead of a knife, the surface of the mushroom will soak up more flavor and cooks faster.
4. In a wok, add a drizzle of oil, once hot, drop in Drumstick mushrooms and saute until mushrooms are soft and have released much of their liquid. Then blend with tomato dices, cucumber slices and toss about for another 2-3 minutes or so.
5. Adjust the taste with a pinch of salt and chicken powder. Serve and enjoy.
