Meatless day: Fried King oyster mushroom with carrot and egg

Ingredients:
A carrot
A King oyster mushroom
2 eggs
Moderate garlic slices
Condiments: Salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine and olive oil
Cooking steps:
1. Peel the carrot and cut it into slices.
2. Remove the bottom portion of King oyster mushroom, rinse mushroom body off and roughly slice it up.
3. Go bleaching of carrot and King oyster mushroom slices, remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
4. Crack eggs into a bowl, combine with moderate cooking wine and stir evenly.
5. In a wok, drizzle it with moderate olive oil, once hot, pour in egg liquid and stir till caky, then break it into chunks and remove from the wok.
6. Add moderate oil to the wok again, drop in garlic slices and stir till fragrant, then blend with carrot and King oyster mushroom slices, egg chunks and sprinkle with moderate light soy sauce, a dash of salt and toss about for 3 minutes or so. Serve.
