For vegan adherents: Fried Oyster mushroom with celery

Ingredients:
A stick of celery
A pack of fresh Oyster mushroom
Moderate garlic slices, chopped onion and bruised ginger
Condiments: Salt, chicken powder, pepper powder, oil, oyster sauce
Directions:
1. Remove the fibre of celery, rinse celery off and coarsely cut it into segments.
2. Trim Oyster mushrooms, rinse to get rid of impurities and then set aside.
3. In a wok, add moderate oil, when hot, drop in garlic slices and stir till fragrant, then invite celery segments and toss about for 3 minutes or so. After that, combine with Oyster mushrooms and go on the flame for another 4 minutes, season to taste with a dash of salt, chicken powder and pepper powder, drizzle it with moderate oyster sauce if you like and stir evenly. Enjoy.
