The Third National Black Fungus Innovation Development Meeting was solemnly opened yesterday

On August 8, The Third National Black Fungus Innovation Development Meeting which seizes the theme of “Innovative Pattern, Integrative Development and Promotion of Income Growth” was opened in Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province of China. Relevant leaders and principals from Ministry of Agriculture, Chinese Academy of Forestry Sciences, Chinese Forestry Society, Municipal Party Committee of Mudanjiang City, Mushroom Association of Heilongjiang Province and Heilongjiang Guilong Mushroom Equipment Co., LTD attended the opening ceremony while numerous authoritative media made live meeting report, including Xinhua Net, China Net, Farmers’ Daily Newspaper, China Food Newspaper, China Edible Mushroom Business Net and so on.
“Mudanjiang City is widely known as The Capital of Black Fungus in the World, The Hometown of Mushroom in China and China’s Capital of Green Organic Food at home and abroad by its excellent ecological environment, superior location and abundant product resource. Over the years, depending on unique resource endowment and ecological condition, the city keeps on pushing Black fungus industry to a green and healthy development tendency, which realizes the transformation and upgrading from disperse production to intensive operation, helps form the whole-industry chain from R&D of Black fungus spawn, supply of production materials, and product processing, marketing management, processing machinery and cyclic utilization of waste mushroom bags,” introduces Mr. Shen Chuanbao, deputy mayor of Mudanjiang City warmly, going on that in 2017, gross output of Black fungus reached 1.98 million tons within Mudanjiang City, which accounted for one fourth of that of China, output value hit 10.7 billion CNY while per capita pure incomes attained 2718 CNY within the city.
Since 2016, National Black Fungus Industry Innovation Development Meeting has been successfully held for two times, and by now, it has played crucial importance on innovative result display of Black fungus industry, promotion of cultivation technology, active product circulation and promotion of cooperation and docking on production and marketing. For this time of meeting, over 200 enterprises show up with their new products and technology, 20 of them are in special booth, range of products covers Black fungus spawn, supplies and deep-processed products.
