Ingredients:
1-2 King oyster mushrooms
A handful of chopped shallot, for garnish
Condiments: Oil, salt, chicken powder, sugar, pepper powder
Directions:
1. Cut the bottom portion of King oyster mushroom and discard it off, rinse the body off and roughly cut it into slices, then place them in a plate.
2. Remove the plate into a steamer with moderate boiling water, turn on the flame and maintain for 10 minutes or so.
3. Season with a pinch of salt, sugar, chicken powder and pepper powder, mix evenly and finally sprinkle with a handful of chopped shallot. Serve.
