Ingredients:
A pack of Crab mushroom
Condiments: Olive oil, salt and freshly-ground black pepper
Steps:
1. Cut the root of Crab mushroom and discard. Rinse mushrooms off and set aside.
2. In a wok, add moderate olive oil, once hot, drop in Crab mushrooms and saute for 2-3 minutes, sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
3. Go on the flame for another 2-3 minutes till mushrooms are soft, then scatter with a dash of freshly-ground black pepper powder. Serve.
