Braised Straw mushrooms with okra in oyster sauce

Ingredients: 
300g Straw mushrooms
300g okra
Moderate chopped shallot and ginger slices
Condiments: Salt and oyster sauce
Directions:
1. Rinse Straw mushrooms off, get rid of the impurities and then cut into thick slices .
2. Rinse okra off and then cut into segments or dices.
3. Go bleaching of Straw mushroom slices, okra dices in boiling water mixed with a dash of salt and moderate olive oil.
4. In a wok, add moderate oil, once hot, drop in chopped shallot, ginger slices and toss about till fragrant, then blend with Straw mushroom slices, okra dices and maintain the heat for above 5 minutes over fierce flame.
5. Lightly season to taste with a pinch of salt, sprinkle with moderate oyster sauce and mix evenly. Enjoy.
