Ingredients:
2-3 Monkey head mushrooms
A handful of soy beans
Condiments: Olive oil and salt
Directions:
1. Soak Monkey head mushrooms for a night ahead of time, then rinse off to remove the impurities.
2. In a wok, drizzle it with moderate olive oil, once hot, drop in soy beans and stir for 1-2 minutes, then remove them into an electric cooker, blend with Monkey head mushrooms and dump with sufficient water. Turn on the power. After 5-6 minutes, open the valve and exit gas.
3. Before serving, lightly season to taste with a dash of salt.
