Stir-fried King oyster mushrooms with onion slices in red wine flavor

Ingredients:
1 King oyster mushroom
1 onion
Condiments: Olive oil, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, red wine, salt
Cooking steps:
1. Peel the onion and cut it into slices. Remove the bottom portion of King oyster mushroom, rinse the body off and coarsely slice it up.
2. In a bowl, prepare a sauce with moderate light soy sauce, oyster sauce and red wine in accordance with your preference.
3. In a wok, drizzle it with moderate olive oil, when hot, drop in onion slices and stir till fragrant and soft, then blend with King oyster mushroom slices and stir till both sides are golden.
4. Pour in the sauce and toss about for 3-5 minutes over medium flame till evaporated. Enjoy.
