Cold dressed Black and White fungus with carrot slices

Ingredients:
Moderate White fungi and Black fungi
A carrot
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (plus more for garnish)
Condiments: Seafood soy sauce, sesame oil, chicken powder, vinegar
Cooking steps:
1. Soak Black and White fungi ahead of time, then tear them into small pieces.
2. Peel the carrot and coarsely slice it up.
3. Go bleaching of the two fungi, then set aside.
4. Prepare a sauce with 20ml Seafood soy sauce, 5ml sesame oil, 5ml chicken powder, 15ml vinegar and bring into a boil.
5. In a container, drop in Black and White fungus pieces, carrot slices, blend with the sauce and stir evenly. Finally garnish with chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy.
