For your breakfast: Stir-fried White beech mushrooms with egg and sausage

Ingredients:
A pack of White beech mushroom
1-2 eggs
A few slices of sausage
Condiments: Salt, cooking wine and black pepper powder.
Cooking steps:
1. Cut the root of White beech mushroom, rinse mushrooms off and go bleaching.
2. In a bowl, beaten the eggs, sprinkle with moderate cooking wine and stir evenly.
3. In a wok, drizzle it with moderate oil, when hot, drop in White beech mushrooms and toss about for 2 minutes or so. Then pour in the egg liquid, sausage slices and fry for another 2-3 minutes over fierce flame. Before serving, sprinkle with a pinch of black pepper powder. Serve.
