Black fungus industry is directed at a sustainable and healthy development trend

Shilin County, Yunnan Province situates in Southwest China, local climatic environment, humidity and air fit for the growth of Black fungus. By now, commercial wood cutting has been comprehensively banned in Northeast China, which results in tense supply on raw materials of Black fungus cultivation. However, Shilin County positively seizes branch of mulberry, fruit and vegetable, corncob and other agricultural wastes as raw materials for Black fungus growing, which protects the ecology, guarantees the stable supply of raw materials while ensuring the sustainable development of mushroom industry.
Furthermore, Shilin County holds a more suitable temperature condition that accelerates the growth of Black fungus. In general, Black fungus products developed in Shilin County flood the market in April while the same scenario occurs in July in Northeast China. Evidently, Black fungus products developed in Shilin County enter into market three months earlier than those in Northeast, which captures the market opportunities, promotes the marketing of products and affects the price fixing of products.
As one of reputable mushroom companies in Yunnan Province, Kunming Xuri Fenghua Agriculture Co., LTD took three years on development of organic plateau Black fungus products by local “Hormone” of mushroom growth while it has exploited the production mode of whole industrial chain which sets production, cultivation and packing into one.
By now, Fenghua Company has built 2 mechanized factories for production of mushroom bag, a domestically-advanced cultivation center of liquid spawn, 2 new-type breeding bases and a food packaging factory, annual output on organic plateau Black fungus comes to above 100,000 kg while output value hits over 10 million CNY.
