Worth a try: Barley and Porcini Soup

Ingredients: 
100g barley
30g dried Porcini
An onion, carrot and celery
Directions:
1. Soak barley and Porcini in water for 1 day in advance.
2. Peel the onion and carrot, then coarsely cut them into dices.
3. Remove the fiber of celery, then rinse off and dice it up.
4. In a wok, add moderate olive oil, once hot, drop in onion, carrot and celery dices and stir over fierce flame till soft, then season with a pinch of salt.
5. Pour in the soaking liquid of barley, Porcini and additionally add 1 liter of water, combine with barley and Porcini, bringing into a boil, then allow for another 15 minutes of flame. Serve.
