Main ingredients:
2 tomatoes
3-5 Button mushrooms
Condiments: Salt, black pepper and tomato sauce
Steps:
1. Bleach tomatoes and immediately let them sit in cold water, then remove the peel and cut tomatoes into dices.
2. Rinse Button mushrooms off and then shred up.
3. In a wok, drizzle it with moderate oil, when hot, drop in tomato dices and stir till pulpy.
4. Combine with shredded Button mushrooms and braise for 5 minutes over high flame.
5. Season to taste with a pinch of salt and black pepper, blend with moderate tomato sauce if you want a richer taste. Enjoy.
