Ingredients:
350g Straw mushrooms
Condiments: Salt, pepper powder, chili powder and cumin kernels
Simple steps:
1. Rinse Straw mushrooms off and cut them in halves.
2. Go bleaching of Straw mushrooms, then ladle out.
3. In a frying pan, drizzle it with moderate oil, once hot, drop in Straw mushrooms and stir till both sides turn golden.
4. Before serving, lightly season to taste with a pinch of salt, pepper and chili powder, and sprinkle with a dash of cumin kernels if you like.
