This Plain-fried Sparassis Crispa is Everything

Ingredients:
A cluster of Sparassis crispa
A red pepper
Moderate chopped shallot
Condiments: Salt and chicken powder
Directions:
1. Rinse Sparassis crispa off and tear it into small portions.
2. Go seed of the red pepper, rinse off and cut it into slices.
3. In a wok, drizzle it with moderate oil, when hot, drop in chopped shallot and stir till fragrant, then blend with Sparassis crispa and toss about for 2 minutes over medium and high flame.
4. Lightly adjust the taste with a dash of salt and chicken powder. Enjoy.
