Cold dressed Button mushroom with spinach segments

Ingredients:
5 Button mushrooms (White mushrooms)
A pack of spinach
Condiments: Light soy sauce, sesame oil, peanut butter and sweet soybean paste
Directions:
1. Rinse Button mushrooms off, cut them into slices before going bleaching.
2. Cut the root of spinach and wash off the mud, then cut into segments and squeeze out excess moisture after going bleaching.
3. In a bowl, prepare a sauce with 2 teaspoons of light soy sauce, a teaspoon of peanut butter and sweet soybean paste, drizzle it with moderate sesame oil and mix well.
4. In a container, place spinach segments on the bottom, and top with Button mushroom slices. Pour in the sauce and stir evenly. Serve.
