Steamed Enoki mushrooms with crab sticks

Ingredients:
100g Enoki mushrooms
150g ready-to-eat crab sticks
Moderate chopped shallot
Condiments: Salt, sesame oil and rice vinegar
Easy directions:
1. Remove the root of Enoki mushroom and discard it off, rinse mushrooms off and break apart, then go bleaching in saline boiling water and set aside.
2. Rip off the external packing of crab sticks, and shred sticks up.
3. In a plate, place Enoki mushrooms on the bottom and top with shredded crab sticks, then steam for 5 minutes on medium flame.
4. Finally adjust the taste with a pinch of salt, scatter with moderate sesame oil, rice vinegar and garnish with a handful of chopped shallot, if you like.
