Indulge yourself: Stir-fried Pleurotus citrinopileatus with green pepper and ham

Ingredients:
300g Pleurotus citrinopileatus
50g shredded ham
A green pepper
Moderate chopped shallot
Condiments: Salt, oyster sauce, light soy sauce and chicken powder
Cooking steps:
1. Rinse Pleurotus citrinopileatus off and go bleaching, then let sit in cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
2. Go seed of the green pepper and then coarsely slice it up.
3. In a wok, drizzle it with oil, when hot, drop in chopped shallot and stir till fragrant, then blend with Pleurotus citrinopileatus and toss about for 3-5 minutes, finally let shredded ham, green pepper slices join in and blend well.
4. Adjust the taste with a pinch of chicken powder, salt and sprinkle with moderate light soy sauce and oyster sauce. Serve and enjoy.
