Ingredients:
1 carrot
5-6 Button mushrooms
Moderate chopped shallot
Condiments: Salt and chicken powder
Directions:
1. Peel the carrot, rinse off before coarsely slicing it up.
2. Rinse Button mushrooms off, roughtly cut them into slices and set aside, then go bleaching.
3. In a wok, add moderate oil, when hot, drop in carrot slices and toss about for 3 minutes or so, then combine with Button mushroom slices.
4. Season to taste with a pinch of chicken powder and salt. Serve.
