Second-to-none mushroom diet: Braised Shiitake with Japanese Tofu

Ingredients: 
1 handful of dried Shiitakes
2 bars of Japanese Tofu
Condiments: Cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, starch, sugar
Directions:
1. Soak Shiitakes in cold water ahead of time, rinse off, remove the impurities and coarsely slice up.
2. Remove the packaging of Japanese Tofu with caution, then cut them into thick slices or chunks.
3. In a wok, drizzle it with moderate oil, once hot, drop in tofu slices and stir till both sides are golden. Then remove them out of the wok. 
4. In a bowl, prepare the sauce with moderate oyster sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar and mix evenly.
5. Heat the wok again, add Shiitake slices and toss about till soft, then combine with fried tofu slices and pour in the sauce. 
6. Finally thicken the dish with the mixture of water and starch. Serve and enjoy.
