This fungus soup warms up your stomach and strengthens your body

INGREDIENTS: 
2 tomatoes
A pack of Oyster mushroom
Moderate chopped onions and bruised ginger
Condiments: Salt and chicken powder
DIRECTIONS:
1. Cut the root of Oyster mushroom and discard off, tear mushrooms into strips and rinse off.
2. Peel the tomatoes and coarsely cut them into thick slices.
3. In a wok, add moderate oil, when hot, drop in chopped onions, bruised ginger and fry till fragrant, then blend with tomato slices and toss about till the juice is squeezed out.
4. Combine with 2 bowls of cold water, and Oyster mushrooms strips, bringing into a boil.
5. Season to taste with a pinch of chicken powder, salt and blend evenly. Enjoy.
