Ingredients:
4-5 Drumstick mushrooms
1 green pepper
Condiments: Light soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and chili powder
Directions:
1. Cut the bottom portion of Drumstick mushrooms abd discard, rinse mushroom bodies off and coarsely shred up.
2. Go seed of the green pepper, rinse and cut it into slices.
3. In a wok, add moderate oil, once hot, drop in shredded Drumstick mushrooms and stir-fry for 5 minutes over gentle heat, then combine with green pepper slices and toss about for another 3 minutes or so.
4. Lightly season to taste with moderate sesame oil, a pinch of chili powder, drizzle it with moderate light soy sauce and blend well. It is ideal for a quick lunch or dinner. Serve and enjoy.
