Sparassis crispa production blossoms into a promising industry

Now, variety of Sparassis crispa introduced to the factory holds 85-90 days of growth period,” said Ms. Chen, principal of the factory warmly, going on that within the factory, a series of procedures such as cleaning, smash and mixing of potato and conditions on temperature, humidity, air purification, illumination and disinfection are automatically operated and controlled by computer, and Sparassis crispa produced in the factory show bright sales market thanks to huge demand.
