Ingredients:
1 pineapple
1 cucumber
1 Drumstick mushroom
Moderate chopped onion and minced garlic
Condiments: Light soy sauce, tomato sauce, sweet and sour juice.
Cooking steps:
1. Peel the pineapple, split it off and then cut into dices.
2. Remove the bottom portion of Drumstick mushroom and discard it off, then rinse the body off and coarsely dice it up.
3. Peel the cucumber and cut it into slices or dices according to personal preference.
4. In a wok, add moderate oil, once hot, drop in minced garlic and stir till fragrant, then blend with Drumstick mushroom dices and stir till golden, adjust the taste with moderate light soy sauce, sweet and sour juice, tomato sauce and mix well.
5. Combine with cucumber and pineapple dices, toss about for 2-3 minutes and then turn off the heat. Serve and enjoy.
