Family Eats: Scrambled eggs with cucumber and Black fungus

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cucumber
A handful of dried Black fungi
Moderate chopped onions
Condiments: Oil, salt and cooking wine
Directions:
1. Rinse the cucumber off and cut it into slices. Soak dried Black fungi in cold water ahead of time, then remove the base, impurities and rinse off.
2. In a bowl, break eggs and combine with moderate cooking wine, a dash of salt and whisk well.
3. In a wok, add moderate oil, once hot, pour in egg liquid and stir till solidified, then break it into chunks and remove into a plate.
4. Heat the wok again and drizzle it with moderate oil. drop in chopped onions and stir till fragrant, then blend with Black fungi and toss about for 3-5 minutes. After that, let egg chunks join in and finally invite cucumber slices.
5. Season to taste with a dash of salt. Serve and enjoy.
