2 Monkey head mushrooms
Moderate garlic slices
Condiments: Oyster sauce and starch

1. Rinse Monkey head mushrooms and then cut them into slices. Blend with moderate starch and go bleaching.
2. In a wok, add moderate oil, once hot, drop in garlic slices and stir till fragrant, then combine with Monkey head mushroom slices and toss about for 3-5 minutes or so on fierce flame.
3. Sprinkle with moderate oyster sauce and mix well. Serve.
