Ganoderma industry greatly drives poverty away

On June 22, in Ganoderma base of Laidong Village, Liping County, Guizhou Province of China, staffs are engaged with weed control and Ganoderma picking.
As a kind of rare medicinal fungus, Ganoderma is good for treating gout, diabetes, HBV, liver cirrhosis and other diseases. Besides, it helps regulate blood vessel, lower blood fat and enhance the immune system.
Ganoderma cultivation strictly requires illumination, climate and other conditions. In Liping County, local environmental conditions are quite suitable for the development of Ganoderma industry.
“Ganoderma growing began to exist in Laidong Village in earlier years, from production to processing, success rate reaches above 90%. By now, we have established Ganoderma bases that cover 7 mu while 153 poor households have been driven to launch into the industry,” introduces secretary of Laidong Village passionately, going on that by 2018, the estimated output value comes to 160,000 CNY while average bonus hits 1000 CNY or so per household on Ganoderma Industry.
