Mixed Vegetables with Shiitake and Straw mushroom

WE NEED:
8 fresh Shiitakes
8 Straw mushrooms
Half a carrot
Half a broccoli
100g pumpkin
8 cherry tomatoes
Moderate minced garlic (Please ignore it if you don’t like)
Condiments: Oyster sauce, olive oil, salt and sugar
Steps:
1. Peel the carrot, rinse off and cut it into slices. Peel the pumpkin and then roughly dice it up.
2. Remove the base of broccoli and cut it into small portions. Cut the bottom portion of Shiitake and rinse caps off.
3. Rinse Straw mushrooms off and go bleaching, then cut them in halves and set aside. Rinse cherry tomatoes and cut in halves as well.
4. In a microwaveable container, combine with broccoli portions, carrot slices, Straw mushrooms, Shiitake caps and pumpkin dices, drizzle with moderate olive oil, 20ml of oyster sauce and blend evenly.
5. Cover the lid of container, microwave for 3 minutes on high flame till fragrant.
6. Combine with cherry tomatoes, season to taste with a pinch of salt and stir well. Serve and enjoy.
