Try this recipe if you are a liker of seafood and mushroom

Ingredients:
5-6 Straw mushrooms
1 red pepper
6-7 shrimps
Moderate parsley
Moderate minced garlic and chopped shallot
Condiments: Salt, sugar, yellow wine, starch
Directions:
1. Go seed of the red pepper, rinse off and then roughly dice up.
2. Rinse Straw mushrooms off and cut them into slices or remain the whole bodies.
3. Shell the shrimps, cut off feelers, rinse and then pickle with moderate yellow wine, sugar, salt, starch, minced garlic and chopped shallot.
4. In a skillet and add moderate oil, once hot, drop in shrimps and stir till they turn red, then remove them into a plate.
5. Heat the skillet again, drizzle with oil, add Straw mushrooms, red pepper dices and toss about over fierce heat till well-done, then combine with shrimps, season to taste with a dash of salt and sugar. Finally garnish with parsley.
