Scrambled eggs with tomato and Seafood mushroom

Ingredients:
A pack of Seafood mushrooms
2 tomatoes
3 eggs
Moderate minced garlic
Condiments: Salt and sugar
Procedures: 
1. Trim Seafood mushrooms, rinse off and then go bleaching.
2. Peel the tomatoes after letting them sit in boiling water for above 5 minutes, then cut them into dices.
3. Break eggs in a bowl and whisk evenly. Heat the wok, add moderate oil, when hot, pour in egg liquid and stir till caky, then break it into chunks and remove from the heat.
4. Heat the wok again and drizzle with oil, drop in minced garlic and toss about for 2 minutes, then blend with tomato dices and stir till juicy before combining with a bowl of water. 
5. Finally let egg chunks and Seafood mushrooms join in, maintain the flame for 5 minutes or so till mushrooms are soft and tasty. Season to taste with a pinch of salt and sugar. Enjoy.
