Trial cultivation on new variety of White fungus achieves its success

On June 15, Mr. Shi Baoshan, the fungus maven in Taiying Town, Qinhuangdao City of Hebei Province, is detailedly explaining the management technology of White fungus in growing room.
Over the years, Agricultural Bureau of Qinhuangdao City devotes to the enhancement on quality and revenue of local agricultural products while it lays emphasis on the development of mushroom industry. Under its guidance and support, by now, superior White fungi produced in Funing District, Qinhuangdao City have been certified as Organic Food.
“In 2013, i introduced new variety of White fungus which fits for the growth in subtropical zone and then launched its repeated trial cultivation. After that, i raised investment and established specialized White fungus cooperative. Through large-scale production, annual output value hits over 1 million CNY,” introduces Mr. Shi courteously and warmly, saying that the new variety of White fungus carries pure-white color, abundant nutrition and it is going to exploit a prosperous path for growers.
