INGREDIENTS:
A pack of Oyster mushroom
A cabbage
Moderate minced garlic
Condiments: Salt, vinegar, soy sauce, yellow wine, pepper powder
Directions:
1. Rinse the cabbage off and coarsely cut it into slices.
2. Remove the base of Oyster mushroom, break mushrooms into portions with hands and then rinse off.
3. In a skillet, add moderate oil, once hot, drop in minced garlic and stir till fragrant, then combine with cabbage slices, Oyster mushrooms and stir over fierce flame for 3 minutes or so.
4. Adjust the taste with a pinch of pepper powder, salt, sprinkle with moderate soy sauce, yellow wine and maintain the flame for above 2 minutes. Serve.
