INGREDIENTS:
1 broccoli
1 pack of White beech and Shimeji mushroom
Moderate minced garlic
Condiments: Salt, oil and pepper powder
DIRECTIONS:
1. Get rid of the root of White beech and Shimeji mushroom, tear them into portions and rinse off.
2. Remove the base of broccoli, break it into chunks, and go bleaching in boiling water combined with a dash of salt and moderate oil.
3. In a wok, add moderate oil, when hot, drop in minced garlic and stir till fragrant, then combine with White beech and Shimeji mushrooms and toss about over medium heat till soft.
4. Let broccoli chunks join in and lightly season to taste with a pinch of salt and pepper powder. Serve and enjoy.
