Homely but nutritive Straw mushroom soup

Ingredients: 
6-7 Straw mushrooms
1 stick of towel gourd
An egg
Condiments: Salt and sesame oil
Cooking steps: 
1. Rinse Straw mushrooms off, remove the mud and cut them into thin slices.
2. Peel the towel gourd, remove both sides, rinse and cut it into dices. After that, soak them in saline water.
3. Break the egg in a bowl and whisk well.
4. In a wok, add moderate oil, when hot, drop in towel gourd slices, Straw mushroom slices and fry on high flame.
5. Dump with sufficient water, bring into a boil. Then lower to medium and soft flame and maintain for 3-5 minutes.
6. Turn into fierce flame, slowly pour in egg liquid and finally season to taste with a pinch of salt.
7. Before serving, sprinkle with moderate sesame oil if you like.
