Home-style dish: Braised Straw mushrooms with potato in tomato sauce

Ingredients: 
250g Straw mushrooms
1 potato and tomato
Moderate chopped shallots and garlic slices
Condiments: Tomato sauce, oil, salt and pepper powder
Steps:
1. Rinse Straw mushrooms off, then cut them in halves. Peel the potato, coarsely dice it up and soak in saline water.
2. Peel the tomato and cut it into chunks.
3. In a wok, dump with moderate oil, once hot, drop in chopped shallots, garlic slices and stir till fragrant, then combine with Straw mushrooms and fry for 1-2 minutes, remove them out of the wok.
4. Heat the wok again, drop in tomato chunks, potato dices and stir for above 2 minutes in remaining oil till soft.
5. Let Straw mushrooms rejoin in, dump with half bowl of water, cover the lid and braise till evaporated and well-cooked.
6. Season to taste with a pinch of salt and pepper powder, sprinkle with moderate tomato sauce to raise the freshness. Serve.
