Ingredients:
An onion
A King oyster mushroom
Condiments: Salt, sugar, black pepper powder, soy sauce, starch
Directions:
1. Peel the onion and cut it into slices.
2. Remove the bottom portion of King oyster mushroom and discard it off, then roughly slice the body up.
3. In a skillet, add moderate oil, when hot, drop in onion slices, King oyster mushroom slices and stir for above 2 minutes over high flame.
4. Sprinkle with a dash of salt, black pepper powder, sugar and scatter with moderate soy sauce.
5. Finally thicken the dish with the mixture of water and starch, serve and enjoy.
