For a quick lunch: Braised Shiitake, Straw and Button mushrooms

Ingredients: 
3-5 Shiitakes
3-5 Straw mushrooms
6 Button mushrooms
Moderate chopped shallots
Condiments: Salt and braised sauce
Cooking procedures: 
1. Remove the bottom portion of Shiitake, then rinse off and cut caps into slices.
2. Rinse Straw mushrooms and Button mushrooms off, cut Straw mushrooms in halves and coarsely slice Button mushrooms up.
3. In a hot wok, add moderate oil, when hot, drop in all kinds of mushrooms and stir for 2 minutes or so, then season to taste with a pinch of salt, sprinkle with moderate braised sauce and stir well.
4. Scatter with a handful of chopped shallots, and additionally add a dash of pepper powder if you like. Serve.
