Plain fried White beech mushrooms with cucumber and red pepper

We need:
250g White beech mushrooms
1 cucumber
1 red pepper
Moderate chopped onions
Condiments: Salt, pepper powder, oil
Cooking directions:
1. Break White beech mushrooms into individuals, rinse them off and go bleaching.
2. Rinse the cucumber off and cut it into strips.
3. Go seed of the red pepper, rinse and coarsely slice it up.
4. In a hot skillet, add moderate oil, when hot, drop in chopped onions and fry till fragrant. Then let White beech mushrooms, red pepper slices join in and maintain the heat for 3-5 minutes or so.
5. Lightly season to taste with a pinch of pepper powder, salt and finally combine with cucumber strips. Serve.
