Morel industry indicates satisfactory profits

On May 31, in Morel base managed by director of Sixing Village, Yulong County, Yunnan Province of China, Morel mushrooms vigorously enter into the maturation phase.
“Conditions on climate, water, soil and light are quite suitable for development of Morel industry in Sixing Village, in early 2018, i launched the trial cultivation. Now, average mu output attains over 150 kg, to calculate by the present market price of 120 CNY per kg, average mu incomes hit 18,000 CNY,” introduces Mr. Mu Litao, director of Sixing Village excitedly.
Morel mushroom is known as a kind of rare mushroom variety by customers. Limited by regional conditions, wild Morel exists small output and they are hardly foraged, meanwhile, it holds expensive price by virtues of unique fragrance, complete and evident edible efficacy. Over the last hundred years, dozens of China’s technical staffs have been extremely exploring on artificial cultivation and domestication of Morel mushroom. By 2012, Sichuan and Chongqing Region of China successfully realized commercial Morel cultivation, the barrier on geographic restriction was not overcome while large-area promotion was not achieved at that time.
