Ingredients:
250g green soy beans
A tomato
A package of White beech mushroom
Moderate minced garlic
Condiments: Salt and sugar
Cooking directions:
1. Shell green soy beans, rinse off and set them aside.
2. Rinse the tomato off and roughly cut it into dices.
3. Cut the bottom portion of White beech mushroom and discard it off. Then break mushrooms into individuals with hands, rinse off before cutting them into segments.
4. In a skillet, add moderate oil, once hot, drop in minced garlic, green soy beans and stir over fierce heat for 3 minutes or so. Then combine with tomato dices, White beech mushroom segments and stir till mushrooms and green soy beans are soft.
5. Combine with moderate water or soup stock, after bringing into a boil, maintain the heat till evaporated. Season to taste with a pinch of salt and sugar. Serve.
