We Need:
A King oyster mushroom
A carrot
A green pepper
Condiments: Salt, oil and soy sauce
Let’s Start:
1. Firstly remove the bottom portion of King oyster mushroom, then cut the body into slices.
2. Peel the carrot, rinse it off before coarsely slicing it up.
3. Go seed of the green pepper and then cut it into dices.
4. In a skillet, add moderate oil, once hot, drop in carrot slices and stir till soft, then add King oyster mushroom slices, green pepper dices and stir over high flame for 3-5 minutes or so.
5. Adjust the seasoning with a pinch of salt and moderate soy sauce. Enjoy.
