In China, modes of Grifola frondosa cultivation mainly refer to Woodland Small-arch Wild Imitation Cultivation and Middle-sized Shed. Meanwhile, in order to increase the facility utilization rate of solar greenhouse and lift production benefit, early fruiting has been successively achieved by technical staffs. In solar greenhouse, earthing cultivation was launched in February, now, Grifola frondosa are evolving into peak fruiting period.
As a kind of rare edible and medicinal mushroom, Grifola frondosa hold the fragrance of Matsutake, tender and crisp flavor. In China, wild Grifola frondosa mainly gather in forest zones in summer and autumn. In northeast China, artificial cultivation of Grifola frondosa is common while the mode hasn’t begun to form scale in southern region.
