Wonderful combination between White beech mushroom and Crab

Ingredients:
150 White beech mushrooms
2 crabs
Moderate ginger slices and chopped onions
Condiments: Salt, chicken powder and cooking wine,
Procedures: 
1. Completely rinse crabs off and cut them into chunks.
2. Get rid of the root of White beech mushroom and discard if off, then break mushrooms into individuals with hands.
3. In a hot skillet, add moderate oil, once hot, drop in ginger slices and stir till fragrant, then invite crab chunks and fry till the color changes. After that, dump with moderate cooking wine.
4. Combine with 3-4 bowls of water and bring into a boil. Then let White beech mushrooms join in and maintain the flame for 5 minutes on fierce heat.
5. Before serving, season to taste with a pinch of chicken powder and scatter with a handful of chopped onions if you like.
