Exclusive weekend recipe: Scrambled eggs with mushrooms and okra

Ingredients: 
A handful of okra
A package of White beech and Shimeji mushroom
3 eggs
Moderate minced garlic and chopped onion
Condiments: Salt and oil
Cooking procedures:
1. Scrub okra with salt so as to remove the villus, then cut them into slices.
2. Respectively cut the root of Shimeji and White beech mushrooms, then break them into individuals and rinse off.
3. In a container, break eggs and drizzle with moderate oil.
4. In a hot wok, add moderate oil, then drop in minced garlic, chopped onion and stir till fragrant. After that, combine with mushrooms, okra slices in regular turn and fry over high flame till well-done. Lightly adjust the taste with a dash of salt.
5. Finally pour in the egg liquid and maintain the flame till all ingredients are well-cooked.
