This mushroom recipe fits for light-meal eaters

Ingredients: 
300g Button mushrooms
300g green spinach
5 eggs
A handful of chopped parsley
Condiments: Olive oil, salt, black pepper powder, Black vinegar
Get it started:
1. In a large baking container, brush it over oil.
2. Trim green spinach, after going bleaching in saline water, cut them into segments.
3. Rinse Button mushrooms off, coarsely dice them up. Then, remove them into a bowl and pickle with moderate olive oil, a pinch of salt and black pepper.
4. Remove Button mushroom dices, spinach segments into the container, combine with eggs, scatter with chopped parsley, a dash of salt and black pepper.
5. Cover the container with plastic wrap, cook for above 5 minutes in microwave oven.
6. Before serving, season with moderate Black vinegar if you like.
