Braised shrimps with Shimeji mushroom in tomato sauce

Main Ingredients: 
6 shrimps
A package of Shimeji mushroom
Moderate minced garlic and chopped shallot
Condiments: Rice wine, sugar, vinegar, tomato sauce
Cooking steps:
1. Cut the root of Shimeji mushroom, rinse mushrooms off and break them into individuals.
2. Cut feelers of shrimps off, rinse shrimps off and set aside.
3. In a wok, add moderate oil, once hot, drop in minced garlic and stir till fragrant, then add Shimeji mushrooms and fry over high flame for 3 minutes or so.
4. Combine with shrimps, season to taste to a dash of sugar, sprinkle with moderate tomato sauce, vinegar, rice wine and stir till shrimps are well-done and tasty. Serve and enjoy.
